At Niranja, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy is written in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

As you are purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to:

  • 30 days from purchase to reject faulty goods and receive a full refund
  • After 30 days and up to 6 months — a repair or replacement (or refund if repair/replacement is not possible)
  • After 6 months — you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement or partial refund if the fault existed at the time of purchase

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photos.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

The following are exempt from returns unless faulty: personalised items, perishable goods, items with a broken hygiene seal.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, return postage is your responsibility. We recommend a tracked service. If the item is faulty, we will cover return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us at support@niranja.com to arrange an exchange.
