At Niranja, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country — these are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to receive the parcel, a card will be left with re-delivery or collection instructions. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us and re-delivery charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@niranja.com with your order number. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if items are damaged in transit, please retain all packaging and contact us within 48 hours.
