3. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and offer the correct price.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

7. Your Consumer Rights

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Niranja shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order. Nothing limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. NIRAS Membership Programme

NIRAS is Niranja's exclusive privilege membership programme. The following terms apply to all NIRAS members:

  • Eligibility: Membership is granted by invitation or automatically upon qualifying purchases (such as the NIRANJAtive T-Shirt collection).
  • Benefits: Active NIRAS members receive a 20% discount on all future purchases and free UK delivery on orders £50 or above. Benefits are applied automatically at checkout — no codes required.
  • Membership Number: Each member is assigned a unique NIRAS membership number. This number is personal and non-transferable.
  • Cancellation: Niranja reserves the right to cancel or suspend NIRAS membership at any time without prior notice for customers who are inactive or who are found to be in breach of these Terms. Membership benefits will cease immediately upon cancellation.
  • Changes to Benefits: We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the NIRAS programme or its associated benefits at any time. Members will be notified where reasonably practicable.

NIRAS membership has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred.
